Watson Marlow
Description
Hodess delivered a 42,500 sf ISO 7 validated cleanroom facility for medical device manufacturing under a design-build model. The project was constructed within an existing office and warehouse building, converting the space into a controlled production environment.
The scope included ISO 7 cleanroom manufacturing areas and a dedicated mechanical mezzanine to support building systems. New mechanical and process infrastructure was installed to maintain environmental control throughout the facility.
The cleanroom was built using insulated metal panel systems with a walkable ceiling design to allow for service access above the controlled space.
