Hodess offers comprehensive & preventative maintenance solutions designed to protect performance, extend equipment life, and eliminate unexpected downtime for scientific-grade environmental rooms. Our programs are available in multi-year contracts (3, 5, and 10 years), providing long-term reliability, cost control, and priority service.
Preventative Maintenance & Inspection Program (PMIP).
The Hodess Certified PMIP contract ensures your scientific-grade environmental room continues to operate with precision and reliability. Factory-trained technicians perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all serviceable components, along with a complete inspection of the chamber, mechanical systems, electrical components, and controls. Included in the inspection is a calibration of the temperature and humidity sensors on an annual basis. Emergency service and repairs are completed at a preferred customer rate during the length of the contract.
PMIP includes

The Hodess Certified CSP contract delivers maximum value and cost certainty. This all-inclusive program ensures your environmental room is consistently maintained with no surprise expenses, covering service, calibration, emergency response, and parts replacement throughout the contract term.
