GE Healthcare Digital X-Ray East Greenbush, NY

Description

Designed and constructed a 56,000 sf facility for manufacturing digital x-ray detectors, including 40,000 sf of ISO 3 cleanrooms and 16,000 sf of ISO 7 and 8 spaces. Installed process piping for DI water, gases, vacuum, cooling water, and dry air, connecting tools to exhaust systems. Rigged and set tools, installed structural pedestals for vibration-sensitive equipment, and re-balanced systems. Integrated chemical pumping controls to prevent over-pressurization or overfilling.
