Millipore Mobius 2 Danvers, MA

Description

Demolished 18,000 sf to create a 10,000 sf space housing a warehouse, stockroom, kitting area, gowning room, and Mobius cleanroom. Installed a rooftop steel platform for a new mechanical system with redundant chillers, air handlers, and make-up air units to support 24/7 operations. Added an emergency generator to maintain cleanroom positive pressure. Managed all phases, including demo, design, construction, certification, and balancing, and provided documentation for validation, commissioning, and LEED Gold certification.
